Bloggers, dear readers, it’s been more than eight years my company had been implementing Quality Management System ISO 9001 (QMS ISO 9001).
Started with QMS ISO 9001:2000, my company then upgraded its QMS to QMS ISO 9001:2008 (Actually the term “upgrade” is not quite match as there’s no “real” upgrade to the system.
So far, so good especially when global economic condition was stable. But, when economic condition is then getting change, worse, it can be seen that the effectiveness of such a QMS implementation should be reviewed for its continuing suitability.
